I think there should be a shop for trimmed skillcapes.
They can be at whatever price you want them to be.(Talking to staff)

Next to the trimmed skillcapes shop i think there should be a hood shop
and once again they can be at whatever price you want them to be.(Talking to staff)

I think you should be able to buy rares at stores(Example, Halloween Masks, Easter Eggs, Easter Ring, Etc)
But so they dont get abused i recommend about 500m - 1b for one.

I also think that there should be a store for Bone items (Example, Bone Spear, Bone Club, etc)
They can be at whatever price you want them to be.(Talking to staff)

I think there should be a store with valued armor. Like 3RD Aged, Bandos, Armadyl, and so on.

I think there should be a Food Store, With Lobsters, Swordies, Sharks, Mantas, Turtles.
They can be at whatever price you want them to be.(Talking to staff)
